Wynand has been involved in the establishment and leadership of multiple businesses across development, construction, sales, and funding, with a deep understanding of end-to-end project delivery.
Deon is a Chartered Accountant and Registered Auditor with over 30 years' experience across financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Formerly associated with PwC, he operates in an independent capacity, assuming financial responsibility for investor capital within development projects. He serves as a non-executive director and trustee, ensuring disciplined financial governance and safeguarding investor interests throughout the investment lifecycle.
Michael holds a BSc degree in Building Management and brings nearly 40 years' experience in the construction industry, both locally and internationally. He operates in an independent capacity, overseeing operational aspects of development projects to protect investor interests. Michael is a respected industry leader, with 12 years' experience as Managing Director of a listed construction company, and deep expertise in project execution and delivery.
