Wild at Heart tours are not designed as riding holidays.
They are structured riding environments where riders are exposed to real-world conditions — including loose surfaces, changing traction, fatigue, and uncertainty.
In these environments, control is not created through strength or speed, but through timing, visual discipline, and deliberate input.
Each tour is conducted in small groups to allow individual awareness of how the motorcycle responds to momentum, terrain, and rider decision-making.
As riding conditions change, so does the load placed on the rider.
The purpose of these tours is not to eliminate that load — but to learn how to remain calm and clear within it.
Because stability must be created before confidence can emerge.

What is different on our tours?
For us, doing motorcycle tours, is not just a job. This is our passion, something we love to do. We love Africa and the beauty of this very unique continent. We like to travel, explore, laugh and have fun. It is all about visiting new places and sharing it with old and new friends and/or your significant other. What is even more special, doing this on a motorcycle!
We operate small tours - maximum of 6/7 riders with a guide on motorcycle. No big groups. We explore the countries we travel in. We take you on the most special routes, and always make time to visit the special attractions of each country and incorporate other outdoor activities like sunset cruises, game drives, hiking, gorilla trekking etc. on each tour.
Combined with the tour we also provide very valuable off-road motorcycle training as we go. Small tips and tricks included by our international qualified BMW off-road instructor and tour guide.
If you expect a standard tourist style "cookie cutter" or "colour within the lines" tour, then our tours might not be suitable for you. We like to sometimes wander of the main road, stop at a local shop or restaurant, do the odd U-turn or turn back for that special photo and to interact with the people we meet along the way.
Be prepared for some surprises along the way. Life is, afterall a HUGE adventure!
